Denny Delorit, Egg Harbor WI

Denny Delorit, born in 1946 in Wisconsin, competed for 21 consecutive years in ISC World Tournaments and 20 years at the ASA Nationals. In high school and college he played baseball and was an outstanding fullback in football, attracting attention from professional ranks. In 1970, he began to play fastball and became one of the most feared hitters in the game. Suiting up with Sioux City IA Penn Corp that claimed  three consecutive ISC titles in 1988-1990, Denny was selected a second time as a first –team ISC All-World player in 1988, following his inaugural selection in 1976 as a member of Tommy’s Angel’s from Oshkosh WI. In 1981, he travelled with the ISC World Champion Aurora  IL Home Savings team in a seven city tour through Japan. Denny closed out his career playing along side his sons Jesse and Aaron for the Des Moines IA Bombers.
