The Out of Region Player Lists are available for viewing on the ISC web site.


The Alpha list shows player names in alphabetical order including their Home
Region and their 2009 team.

The Team list is in team alphabetical order and shows the Out of Region
players for that particular team, including the fees of either $100 per
player or $300 per player.

For comparison purposes, in 2008 there were 148 OOR's compared with 107 for
2009.
