Reclassification Request & Appeal Forms Changed

The "Reclassification Request & Appeal Form" has been replaced on our Rules and Forms Page with a new form

called Appeal Request Form (Team)   in PDF  and is also available in Word Appeal Request Form (Team)   in Word

The new Appeal Request Form takes into consideration changes made to the format of the World Tournament.
