Terry Luster did a yeoman's job for the Peoria River City Rage. Luster, a 2nd team All-World performer, led ISC World Tournament pitchers with 42.1 innings; had a miniscule ERA of 0.64 and struck out 47 batters. Luster picked up four wins in leading the Rage to an 8th place finish.
