ISC President, Bob Welby who died Sept. 24, will long be remembered as an outstanding leader and great ambassador for fastpitch softball. Welby, also served on the USA national team selection committee. His memory will be honored with a special commemoration during the 2000 ISC World Tournament in St. Joseph, Missouri.
