Named first team All-World, Muizelaar finished with a 3-1 record. He had 32 strikeouts in 23 innings with an ERA of 1.57. Muizelaar, who is reported to be returning to the Travelers next season, led their '99 pitching staff with a 21-3 record and 1.67 ERA.
