Paul Algar may soon need more wall space. In garnering his second Most Outstanding Pitcher award in the past three seasons, Algar led the Farm Tavern to the '99 ISC World Tournament title at Sioux City, Iowa with a 6-0 record, 1.03 ERA and 82 strike outs in 40 2/3 innings. Algar relieved an injured Todd Martin after one out in the Midland, Mich. Game and threw every inning the rest of the way.
