Decatur Pride first baseman, Shawn Rychcik, a first team All-World selection, takes a healthy cut at a Doug Gillis offering. Despite his .263 average, Rychcik made his five hits (5 for 19) count by belting three home runs and driving in six runs. He also scored four times to help the Pride finish fourth in the '99 ISC World Tournament.
