Atlantic Canada The legal boundaries of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador. California - Nevada The legal boundaries of the two states and the Baja California Peninsula of Mexico. Canada East The legal boundaries of Quebec and the portion of Ontario east of Thunder Bay. Canada West The legal boundaries of Montana, North Dakota, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the portion of Ontario west of Thunder Bay. The cities of Fargo and West Fargo, ND and Moorhead, MN will be considered open to players from Minnesota and Canada West ISC Areas. Colorado-New Mexico-Arizona The legal boundaries of these states plus the portion of Mexico from the Northern tip of the Gulf of California to a line due South from Presidio, TX Illinois The legal boundaries of the state south of I-80. A resident of the state of Illinois may play for any Illinois based team. A teams base of operations will determine which area tournament that team plays in, subject to mutual commissioner consent. This change will not affect players who reside outside of the state of Illinois. I-80 will be the dividing line for determining which area tournament a team plays in and for individual player Out-of-Area situations other than for Illinois based teams. The Metro Quad Cities will be considered as an open area and teams/players may play in Iowa, Illinois or Northern Illinois areas. The southern part of Illinois having area code 618 is an open area for either Illinois or Missouri teams/players. Indiana The legal boundaries of the state. Iowa The legal boundaries of the state east of I-35. A resident of the state of Iowa may play for any Iowa based team. A teams base of operations will determine which area tournament that team plays in, subject to mutual commissioner consent. This change will not affect players who reside outside the state of Iowa. I-35 will be the dividing line between for determining which area tournament a team plays in and for individual player Out of Area situations other than for Iowa based teams. Metro Dubuque will be an open area for teams/players who may play in Iowa or Northern Illinois. Michigan The legal boundaries of the state, excluding the Upper Peninsula. Mid Atlantic The legal boundaries of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Washington, DC and the portion of Virginia north of Hwy 460 and east of I-95. Minnesota The legal boundaries of the state. The cities of Fargo and West Fargo, ND and Moorhead, MN will be considered open to players from Minnesota and Canada West ISC Areas. The West Wisconsin area shall include any county of Minnesota that borders the St. Croix and Mississippi rivers including Ramsey and Hennepin counties of Minnesota and will be considered open to players from Minnesota and Wisconsin ISC areas. The portion of Virginia south of Hwy 460 and west of I-95 and all of the Caribbean area including the Mexican Yucatan Peninsula east of Vera Cruz. Texas-Oklahoma-Arkansas-Louisiana The legal boundaries of these states and the portion of Mexico east of a due south line from Presidio, TX east to Vera Cruz. Utah-Wyoming-Southern Idaho The legal boundaries of Utah and Wyoming plus the portion of Idaho, south of a straight line from Weiser, ID to W. Yellowstone, MT. Washington-Oregon-British Columbia-Northern Idaho The legal boundaries of Washington, Oregon and British Columbia and the Idaho portion north of a straight line from Weiser, ID to W. Yellowstone, MT. W. Iowa-Nebraska-South Dakota The legal boundaries of Nebraska and South Dakota and the portion of Iowa west of I-35. A resident of the state of Iowa may play for any Iowa based team. A resident of the state of Wisconsin may play for any Wisconsin based team. A teams base of operations will determine which area tournament that team plays in, subject to mutual commissioner consent. Wisconsin East The legal boundaries of the state east of I39/Hwy 51 plus the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. A resident of the state of Wisconsin may play for any Wisconsin based team.
