Pictures Are Worth A Thousand Words |

| Well, pictures from good photographers anyway.
Mine? Worth maybe a couple hundreds words.
But, since I need a seeing eye dog, bump into things in bright sun light, and require a shutter that gives verbal commands: "Click now, you idiot!" I'll take that. Some of you have been asking, "When are we going to see photos of the 1999 ISC World Tournament on the ISC web site?" My answer: "Now." http://fastpitch-softball.com/album_99.htm Our newly appointed ISC Web Master, Al Doran, has been working overtime to get the web site in order. And the photo page is up and running. It looks good now, but Al has even bigger and better plans for the near future. It's going to be great. But for now, enjoy what's been done. Get a glimpse of what World Tournament action, and the greatest players that play the game look like as they hit, throw, run and catch their way into the ISC record book. Have a peek through my lens and enjoy. Photographers love to share what they see and capture on film. Capturing the "moment" is our mission and our passion. We've got more pictures to come, so stay tuned. Now I need your help. Along with the photos we're also doing brief biographies. I'm sure that some of you have interesting stories about World Tournament players that you'd like to share with fastpitch fans across the globe. If that's the case, email me with those tidbits and stories and I'll hunt for a negative (hoping I have one) and we'll run it as soon as possible. And some may have a gripe. "I see nothing but pictures of Johnny Issogreat! I wanna see pictures of Joe Isntsogreat!" Don't stew. Just email me with a name, team he played for, and a brief bio, and I'll begin my search. This sport isn't just about the All-World players. It takes 48 teams to fill the tournament. Each team counts. Every player has value.
