The tournament will be played at Budd Park near Peter Hallman Ballyard, in Kitchener, where the men's ISC World Tournament will be in progress. http://www.fastpitch-softball.com

The tournament format is 4 pools of 5 teams each guaranteeing each team 4 games. The top 2 teams from each pool advance to the 8-team single elimination championship.

Teams must complete and provide an ISC roster. Individual players may not also be playing in the ISC Men's World Tournament.

Teams must qualify via their area tournament, which must be scheduled and announced by April 1. Bob McGowan must be informed of area tournament date and location. The area qualifying tournament should be completed by June 25 to give the winning team maximum time to prepare and raise funds if necessary.

Team entry fee will be approximately $250 US$ ($325 CDN). Details on entry fee and deadline will be sent later.
