There’s a major shooting match coming up soon on the great Canadian prairie land. Many of the finest men’s fastball teams from as
far away as Alberta to the west and Manitoba and North Dakota to the east will bring their best shot to an international competition which will qualify someone for the
first-in-the-land ISC II tournament which will be held August 13 August 17 in Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario.
Ferdi Nelissen, ISC Canada West Commissioner, and Tournament Director Larry Dewis are announcing the dates and location of the Canada West ISC II Qualifier.
The site of this qualifier will be Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, at beautiful Republic of Manitobah Park
The dates for this event will be the weekend of June 1 June 2.
All teams from Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, North Dakota, and Montana who meet the eligibility guideline to compete in the ISC II tournament are urged to contact
either Nelissen or Dewis and get involved in the June 1 2 event.
Deadline for entry is May 24, 2002.
Entry fee is $125 CDN.
The format of the qualifier will be determined by the number of entries, but a MINIMUM THREE-GAME GUARANTEE will be used.
