Competitive bids are received for this event Bidders are allotted 30 minutes to make their presentation and the ISC Board of Directors votes to award the ISC World Tournament .
The bidding process is conducted during the annual ISC World
Tournament, which is held in August.
Bids are awarded for tournaments two years in advance. Interested
