The hour of midnight is approaching for filing the form for out-of-area players for the 2005 fastball
season in International Softball Congress competition.
I.S.C. Executive Director Ken Hackmeister is reminding all players and teams that the filing
deadline for Out-of-Area players is MAY 2.
The process is simple and it is described here:
The forms and rules are shown on the ISC website www.iscfastpitch.com
Click on Rules and Forms on the front page. There you will find the forms, the rules, and the Area definitions.
Each player, playing for a team outside his area of primary residence, is required to submit a form
and a fee, postmarked not later than May 2, 2005. This rule applies to teams wanting to qualify for
both the ISC World Tournament as well as the ISC - II Tournament of Champions. There are no
allowances for a late filing.

Hackmeister is also announcing that the 2005 ISC World Championship Guides will be available for
ordering within the next 10 days. A notice will be made via Al Doran when they become available.
