The stage is set for the battles which will determine who represents the Washington/Oregon/British Columbia Area in both the International Softball Congress World Tournament and in the
I.S.C. - II Tournament for the 2004 season.
ISC Commissioner Keith Erkenbrack is announcing that the big event will be held at Royal Athletic Park in Victoria, B.C. over the weekend of June 19 and 20.
A Round Robin format followed by a Playoff between the top teams will be used to determine BOTH the qualifier for the ISC World Tournament and the qualifier for the ISC - II Tournament. (Note that the exact format will be determined by the number of teams which enter the tournament).
Entry fee is $300 (Canadian)
Deadline for entry is two weeks prior to the tournament (June 4, 2004)
