John Limon, ISC Commissioner for the TX, LA,
OKL, ARK Area, is announcing a qualifying tournament for an automatic berth in the 2004 ISC - II Championship.
The qualifying event will be held at Bulter Fields in Austin, Texas.
The dates will be May 29 and May 30.
The format will be double elimination.
Entry fee is $200.
Awards include: 1st - 4th place team trophies; 12 All-Tournament awards;
