All roads for men's fastpitch teams seeking a spot in the inaugural ISC II international competition set for Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, in August will lead to Sioux City, Iowa, over the weekend of June 29 30. On those dates, teams from the ISC Area of West Iowa/Nebraska/South Dakota will compete in a qualifying tournament at Diamond of Champions in Sioux City for the area's allotted spot in the first-ever ISC II tournament set for Kitchener August 13 17. International Softball Congress Commissioner Gale Kurtz has indicated that the format for the qualifier is currently open and will be decided by the number of teams who enter the competition.
