Michigan ISC Area Tourney and ISC  II Qualifier Set for Frankenmuth

The scenic village of Frankenmuth, Michigan, will be hopping with top fastpitch softball teams and their fans over the weekend of June 7, 8, and 9.

International Softball Congress Michigan Area Commissioner Tom Stasik has announced that Heritage Park in Frankenmuth will be the site of the annual event for teams from Michigan.

This year a second premier prize is at stake.  In addition to having the winner of the tournament qualify for a spot in the ISC World Tournament set for Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario August  9 - 17, a second team from the Michigan event will gain the automatic berth reserved for a Michigan representative in the first-ever ISC II  Tournament which will be held in Kitchener August 13 - 17.

Deadline for entering the event is May 15.

Entry fee is $200.

Teams planning to compete in Frankenmuth for the spot in the ISC  II Tournament should become familiar with the eligibility rules for the ISC  II.  These can be found at:
