International Softball Congress Illinois Area Commissioner Vic Johns is announcing the schedule for the upcoming Illinois ISC Area Tournament and the Qualifier for the ISC - II Tournament. The winner of the tournament will get an automatic berth in the International Softball Congress World Tournament set for Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario, August 9 - 17 with the runnerup,or highest finishing eligible team, receiving a berth in the first-ever ISC - II Tournament to be held in Kitchener August 13 - 17.
