The I.S.C., through Executive Director Ken Hackmeister, has issued a clarification of eligibility rules for players participating in the upcoming
ISC - II Tournament to be conducted in Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario, August
13 - 17. The clarification involves the eligibility of offshore players.
ISC II participation is limited to permanent residents and citizens of the US, Canada and Mexico. Offshore players are not eligible. In
addition, individual players are subject to approval by the ISC II committee to
determine their competitive ability level. ISC II is not designed for teams importing international players. Players are not necessarily bound to a
team from the country of their residence/citizenship but all must be North American based.
A Canadian can play on a US team, a Mexican can play on a Canadian team, etc.
Any questions about ISC II eligibility should be directed to Bob McGowan Mailto:jbob99@attcanada.ca
